Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After my order I had a WhatsApp confirmation the order and asking if I already had the YOYO pram as in order the connect, checking that I was ordering the correct item. I was then texted to confirming my order had been dispatched, then again the day I was expecting my delivery. Would highly recommend them! Plus £50 cheaper than anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered

We ordered our Babyzen YoYo Connect just after Boxing Day, but despite the Xmas Post Parent Studio did a great job of expediting our delivery and we received it less than 5 working days later. They also kept us informed throughout and were very responsive. Rare to get such good service these days.

Excellent prompt service great price and lovely pram

Saw these topping a comparison site review and needed an additional Xmas present. £55 everywhere, £27.50 at Parent Studio. Too good to be true?? Took a punt and couldn't be happier. Speedy delivery, quality product and good comms throughout the process...recommended!!

I ordered online with their Black Friday sale and they were very helpful and quick to respond.

Only feedback would be to confirm the push chair was coming over 2 deliveries in advance, so we didn't worry.
