We recently purchased some Stokke Tripp Trapp products from Parent Studio. We found their Customer Service to be excellent and their pricing very competitive. Importantly for an on-line shop, they also use a very efficient courier - DPD, who might not be the cheapest but are certainly the most reliable. Would highly recommend Parent Studio and will absolutely shop with them again.

Placed an order, was continually sent messages via WhatsApp which I didn’t expect nor want.
Delivered my parcel to a drop off shop 4 miles away despite me being at home all day.
Wouldn’t have known the parcel was there except for yet another WhatsApp message.
Parcel collected and the box inside was opened and everything just rammed carelessly inside.
Won’t be using again. What happened to just sending an email instead of these invasions of privacy
