For the correct physiological development of the newborn baby, it is important to ensure that they are lying down and horizontal as long as possible. Thanks to its large internal dimensions (79 x 37 cm) they can lie down comfortably at least until 6 months old, even when wrapped in a winter muff or wearing a padded babygrow.
Hood in anti-UV (UPF 50+) treated fabric with removable sun visor for shielding against direct sunlight even when the sun is low on the horizon.
The base is equipped with aeration control system, to regulate the flow of air and temperature inside the carrycot.
The external lining in padded fabric, for improved heat insulation, while the mesh insert keeps the area cool and ventilated.
The ventilation window in the hood ensure proper air circulation inside the carrycot.
The backrest reclines into different positions to facilitate digestion after feeding and to allow children to look out when they are older.

Darwin Infant car seat with 360° base
The highly breathable soft Lycra reduction cushion ensures the baby maintains the correct posture from the early months of life, offering extreme comfort with its ergonomic shape, large size, and angled inclination.
It is approved according to the new ECE R129 i-Size standard and accompanies the child from birth up to 75 cm in height. Only in the rearward-facing direction.
The correct posture is guaranteed by the perfect angle of inclination, which at the same time makes it extremely comfortable for the child.
The Side Head Protection system provides high protection in the event of a side impact.
With the Darwin 360° base rotation mechanism, the car seat effortlessly swivels towards the door, simplifying the process of placing and taking out the child. Utilizing the base ensures swift and straightforward installation of the car seat in the vehicle. Conveniently, the correct attachment indicators promptly alert if the car seat is not securely fastened. The versatile Darwin 360° base accommodates the child's growth from infancy to four years of age and can be paired with the Darwin Infant, Darwin Infant Recline, or the Darwin Next Stage i-Size continuous car seat.
