We have bought a number of Stokke items from the Parent Studio, and the products and their customer service cannot be faulted and never disappoints.
The items (eg MuTable, chairs, Tripp Trapp highchair, and other accessories) are despatched really quickly and delivered with care. Each delivery has been followed by a text message to ensure everything is in perfect condition. The feedback is clearly not automated, as it is often followed by a very personal comment relevant to any feedback.
The Stokke products are great. So good in fact, that we have purchased two Mu Tables; initially one (as grandparents) to have at our home and, more recently, a second for our new grandson to have use at their own house. They are so practical and adaptable. To make life easier, we also have a Tripp Trapp high chair at each address!

I had such a lovely experience with this store I ordered a harness for my stokke highchair on delivery my parcel was stolen from my apartment block I informed the store of this so they arrange for another harness to be sent out to my parents address.
